Calculate the required length of crossarms. Subtract 2L from maximum load width and multiply by 6 inches. This is the standard length. If it's not, choose the longest standard cross-arm length.
ANVER designs its vacuum lifters with a 2-inch deflection factor when determining the number of pads and required beam length. Based on our 30+ years experience in thousands of vacuum lifter applications, we have found that a 2-inch deflection offers an extra measure of lifting safety by reducing the curvature under the pads while at the same time making it easier to position the lifter on the load. In practice, it is difficult for operators to center a lifter using more than 2″ deflection. More information is explained at the bottom of this page.
Technical Description: A vacuum generator is a piston that moves freely within a closed cylindrical. The piston and cylinder are sealed by a rubber rolling diaphragm. It is not affected by metal-to-metal contact and tight fitting, so it doesn't lose its efficiency.
Determine the Required Length Of Crossarms Subtract 2L the maximum load height and add 6 in. If this isn't a standard length, use the next-longest standard crossarm length.
An automatic self-cycling valve is located at the bottom of the piston and controls the vacuum attach-and release cycle. The piston valve is automatically closed when the unit is lifted onto the load. The piston is pulled up by the hoisting action, creating a vacuum within the cylinder as well as underneath the vacuum pads. Once the load has been fully settled and the suspension chain has been loosened again, the cam opens up the piston valve to release the vacuum. The lifter can then be raised and ready for the next pickup. The attachment and release can be done instantly. The valve sealing disc cannot cycle if the chain is fully slack. It can't shift while in use, and it won't accidentally release the load.
This lifter/tilter is designed to be safe. It has a VLS (9V battery powered vacuum leakage sensor) and warning system. There's also an attach/release slide valve, safety lock, and a safety lock. The EMC-Series Lifters/Tilters have an operating capacity of 24 in. Hg (609.6mm Hg) has a 4:1 safety rating on vacuum holding (unless other specifications are specified).
Anver Vacuum Lifters
After the unit is placed on the load and the hoist cable slacks, the whole weight of the lifter will be on the load. The internal switch activates the attachment process.
The Anver Vacuum Manual Titters and Upenders have been a standard in safe loading and are equipped with safety features. Every version has been improved over time to last longer and perform better. All new and improved pads, vacuum generators and frames, as well as hardware, controls, hardware, safety features, handlebars and filters are all included. The latest Tilters are the best available. Every aspect of the lifters was redesigned.
Notice: To be able to lift the loads from the sides, the hardware, side panels, and assembly must have enough strength. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their product can safely be lifted.

Side grip vacuum lifting frames from ANVER eliminate the need to have multiple people. Metal enclosures with vents from the top, file cabinets and HVAC equipment are some examples of typical applications.
The EMC-Series Electric Powered Vacuum Pump Lifters are standard and can significantly reduce the effort involved in lifting heavy loads.
Determine the beam lengthThe beam length is calculated by subtracting 2L from the maximum load length, then adding 6 inches to it. For example, with a maximum load length of 120 inches with a 2L of 60 inches, the minimum beam length would be 66 inches (120-60+6). If this is not a standard length, select the next longest standard beam length.
Built with safety in mind, these lifters/tilters are loaded with protective features including: a VLS, 9V battery-powered vacuum leakage sensor and warning system; an attach/release slide valve with safety lock. The BMC-Series Lifters/Tilters are capacity rated at a maximum vacuum level of 24 in. Hg (609.6 mm Hg) with a 4:1 safety factor on vacuum holding (unless otherwise specified).
To summarize, a vacuum cup can be able to hold a weight of 11.76 pounds or 5.3 kilograms for every inch of surface area. This calculation assumes that 14.7 psi (pounds per square inch of atmospheric pressure) is available at the location where the vacuum cup will be used.

Because they can work at higher RPMs, they are also useful for performance cars. There are two types of mechanical lifters, solid lifters or roller lifters.
There are five types: (i) Upright vacuum. (ii) Stick vacuum cleaner. (iii) Canister vacuum cleaner. (iv) Handheld vacuum cleaner. (v) Robotic vacuum cleaner.
